HELPING YOUR MUSIC CONNECT
Many artists and bands struggle to stand out in today’s music landscape. They’ll stretch their budgets thin, rush into recording, and end up with tracks that don’t capture attention from labels, publishers, or even new fans.
Just recording isn’t enough! Rather than focusing on quantity, I believe it’s best to have high-quality, standout tracks. That’s where I help…
As a record producer, my focus is on creating music that truly connects with a product that feels exciting, authentic, and emotionally resonant.
The best music comes from a space of trust and freedom. I always ensure a creative, safe environment where ideas can flow, allowing us to push boundaries, experiment, and really uncover the core of your sound.
The result isn’t just a finished track — it’s music that feels alive, impactful, and uniquely you.
Whether I’m producing or mixing, my goal is to bring who you are as an artist to the surface and make the listener feel something.
I’ve been fortunate to work on a wide range of projects seeing me with credits on two UK Top 40s, production credits on a Mercury Prize nominated album, and recognised as The Guardian’s Song of the Year, NME’s #2 Song of the Year and BBC 6 Music’s Album of the Day with a good number of tracks I have worked on having millions of Spotify plays.
Along the way, I’ve had the chance to learn from legendary producer John Leckie (Radiohead, Stone Roses, Verve), whose approach to creativity, patience, and sonic precision has shaped how I work in the studio. The experience taught me how to balance an eye for detail whilst retaining spontaneity and how to bring out the best in an artist without ever compromising their voice.
As an owner of Studio Tecna, Sheffield, and as host of the podcast ‘I Wish I Wrote That Song’, I’ve had the chance to support artists in every way; whether that’s shaping the sound, offering another perspective, or just being a calm, trusted presence in the room.
